This appeal is taken by Stanley Berzani from an order entered on June 26, 1962 confirming a judgment by confession previously entered against him in favor of Morton Neboshek, and from a denial of a motion to vacate said order entered by the court on July 12,1962.

On May 25, 1961 judgment was confessed in favor of the plaintiff against defendant in the sum of $1,633.54 and costs, on a note made by the defendant to a certain Tevel Feldman as payee, who afterwards allegedly endorsed and delivered the said note to the plaintiff. The defendant filed a motion to vacate the judgment by confession.…
