Appellant Christopher Klee (“Klee”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County denying his petition for judicial review of a non-contested case pursuant to section 536.150.1 Klee had filed a complaint under the Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”) with the Respondent the Missouri Human Rights Commission (“MHRC”) claiming unlawful discrimination in his conditions of employment with the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center (“SMMHC”).
