This is an action brought by the plaintiffs to quiet title to certain real estates in Green Township, Monroe County. The petition alleges, in substance, that plaintiffs executed and delivered to defendant, Harry J. lies, their certain oil and gas lease on the premises described in the petition under date of May 31,1950, which lease was duly recorded. The lease provides, in substance, that it was to continue for five years and so much longer thereafter as oil or gas are produced in paying quantities.
