Plaintiff Scott Mueller brings this action against defendants Michael Janssen Gallery Pte. Ltd. (the “Janssen Gallery”), Michael Janssen (“Janssen”), Wilhelm Sehur-mann (“Schumann”), and Marisa Newman Projects, LLC (“Newman”). The. lawsuit stems from Mueller’s 2014 purchase of an artwork titled “Log Cabin.” The Amended Complaint asserts unjust enrichment and breach of fiduciary duty claims against Newman and various claims against the other defendants.
