This is a disciplinary proceeding. On October 15, 1982, the respondent, Louis B. Abilheira (Abilheira), appeared before the court in chambers and attempted to show cause why he should not be disciplined in light of a finding made by this court’s Disciplinary Board1 that he had engaged in conduct that “adversely reflects on his fitness to practice law,” a violation of DR 1-102(A)(6) of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
