The Court is confronted with the difficult question, at this injunctive relief stage, whether Anthony Starego (“Anthony”), the autistic son of Raymond and Reylene Star-ego (“Plaintiffs”), should receive a waiver to play a fifth year of competitive football at Brick Township High School (“Brick”).
