This Court previously issued a preliminary injunction requiring the Florida Department of Corrections ("FDC") to treat inmates infected with the Hepatitis C virus *1294("HCV"). ECF No. 153; ECF No. 185. Defendant admits most of this Court's prior findings and, by way of a motion for summary judgment, asks this Court to make the preliminary injunction permanent and award no further relief.
