This is an interlocutory appeal in a suit involving a health care liability claim, 1 Ernest Jason Pena and other family members sued Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions, Ltd. d/b/a Advocate Rx Solutions (Pharmacy Healthcare) and others for the wrongful death 2 of Dina Pena (Dina) and for injuries to her prematurely born son, Jadin Pena.
