An indictment containing eleven counts was returned against appellant and a co-defendant. The charges related to the formation of certain business trusts in Ok*288lahoma for the production of oil, the issuance, sale and delivery of units or certificates of beneficial interests in such trusts, the unlawful use of the mails, and the formation of an unlawful conspiracy.
