Statement of the Case.

This case was before us in 1900, and was remanded. The pleadings and facts, as far as they could be then ascertained, will be found reported in 52 La. Ann. 1794, 28 South. 261. The cause was remanded to have the minor children of the defendant made parties, so that the issues raised should be disposed of at one and the same time, contradictorily between all parties ' in interest.
