Dog bite case. There was a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $15,000, and defendant has appealed.
The occurrence took place about 8:00 p. m. on August 13, 1963. The plaintiff, Sandra Lynn Gardner, is a little girl and at the time was nine years old. She lived with her parents near Grandview and not far from the home of defendant Ralph M. Anderson. Sandra was riding her bicycle down the street in front of defendant’s residence.
