Darla Shelton (Shelton) appeals the dismissal of her claim for workers’ compensation by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission). We reverse and remand.

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (the Division) received a report of an injury on 12 April 1990. The report indicated that Shelton suffered an injury on 26 March 1990. She filed a claim for compensation with the Division on 7 June 1990, claiming that she suffered injury to her “neck, right shoulder, right arm and upper back” while engaged in work-related activity at Missouri…
