— The prosecuting witness is a girl fourteen years of age, by the name of Martin; The evidence in behalf of the State shows that appellant and a man named Voss were in the city of Oskaloosa on June 29, 1922. It appears that, in the evening, they took two girls riding for a time, in the city of Oskaloosa. In the course of time, the prosecuting witness was in the car in the front seat with Voss, and they drove to the home of a girl by the name of Werner, and she was asked by the prosecuting witness to go with the party for a ride.
