This is an importer’s application for review of the decision and judgment of the trial court in Union Carbide Corporation v. United States, 55 Cust. Ct. 542, Reap. Dec. 11039, which affirmed the appraised values. Rehearing motion by plaintiff was denied (55 Cust. Ct. 594, Reap. Dec. 11061).
Appellant’s assignment of errors includes one reading: “12. In denying appellant’s Motion for rehearing.” This alleged error is not supported by authorities, nor was it orally argued before the court, nor is it referred to in appellant’s brief. Accordingly, this assignment is deemed abandoned.…
