This case arises from a one-car accident that Robert Edwards, a former employee of Labatt Institutional Supply Co. d/b/a Labatt Food Service (“Labatt”), was involved in on his way home from work after an evening of drinking with his then supervisor, the general manager of Labatt, A1 Silva.
