Hall, Judge.

In this action brought by the lessor for breach of a lease contract, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. Tire defendant assigns error on the overruling of her motion for new trial on the general and special grounds, and on antecedent rulings of the trial court overruling a special demurrer to the petition and disallowing an amendment to her answer.
