HARRIS, Judge.
Appellant was put to trial on a two-count indictment charging grand larceny, and buying, receiving, concealing, or aiding in concealing, one Midland CB radio, of the value of $130.00, the personal property of Joe Tisdale. In the presence of court-appointed counsel at arraignment, appellant pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. The jury returned a general verdict of guilty as charged.
