Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered March 27, 2007, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.

In August 2006, defendant was indicted for 33 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, 33 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and four counts of endangering the welfare by a child.
