—In an action, inter alia, to recover a money judgment upon a mortgagor’s default, the defendants Vincent M. Petilli and Reventas Properties, Inc., appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 13, 1979, which, after a nonjury trial, granted plaintiff judgment on his first and third causes of action and failed to grant their counterclaim for reformation of the mortgage. Judgment reversed, on the law, and, as between plaintiff and appellants, action severed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. In 1972 the defendants-appellants each owned…
