This is an action brought on the relation of the state insurance commissioner against the appellant to enjoin it from the further prosecution of the business conducted by it, to have its corporate affairs wound up, and its corporate charter forfeited. The complaint of the commissioner is based on the ground that the business of the appellant as conducted is in violation of the insurance laws of the state.
