Denial of Summary Judgment — Slip and Fall. This case is before us as the result of the grant of an interlocutory appeal. The case arose out of the following sequence of events. First Pacific Management Corp. and the other appellants are the owners and managers of Crestwood Apartments in Cobb County, in the vicinity of the City of Smyrna. The appellee, Harold M. O’Brien and his wife rented an apartment from the predecessor owners of the apartment complex in 1980.
