SHANNON, Justice.

This proceeding in mandamus attacks the validity of an order of a district judge overruling a motion to compel compliance with a subpoena duces tecum and to compel a witness to answer questions on oral deposition. Zenith Radio Corporation, relator, complains of Honorable Harley Clark, Judge of the 261st District Court of Travis County. Judge Clark signed the order overruling the motion on July 5, 1983, which order relator seeks to have vacated by writ of mandamus. This Court will conditionally grant the writ of mandamus.
