Harry A. Dolan, as relator, invokes the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to secure a mandamus requiring J. H. Walker, Commissioner of the General Land Office, to approve his application to purchase a mineral lease on a certain portion of the Sabine River in Gregg County, Texas.
