LATTIMORE, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of manslaughter in the District Court of Rusk County, and his punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary.
There are a number of errors raised by appellant, none of which present questions of any general interest, and none of which will be discussed in view of our disposition of this case. The case must be reversed for the insufficiency of the testimony. Appellant was charged with the murder of one Draper.
