MEMORANDUM DECISION

PROCEDURE
The jointly administered Debtors filed their respective cases between November 17 and 25, 2008. 1 On November 21, 2008, this court entered an order, approved by the Debtors and certain creditors, which allowed the Debtors to borrow up to $750,000 on an interim basis (Dkt. #29 relating back to Dkt. #8). This “DIP financing” request was interim in nature, anticipated to last no longer than 45 days.
