Two boys, wbo had thumbed a ride from a total stranger, murdered him in cold blood in order to steal his automobile for the purpose of using the automobile in a planned kidnaping. They were apprehended, indicted by a grand jury, plead not guilty, later appeared in court with attorneys of their own choosing, withdrew pleas of not guilty, plead guilty as charged in the indictment, waived trial by jury and consented to be tried by a court of three judges.
