ROBERT E. JONES, District Judge.
Maher Mofeid Hawash was arrested on March 20, 2003, as a material witness pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3144. The day after his arrest. Hawash appeared in court with his attorney at which time the court advised him of his rights. At the hearing, the court set a mutually agreed detention hearing for April 7, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., in courtroom 14B of the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Portland.
