The leases of the two lots 18 and 19 were identical in form and contained no restrictions or reservations. By the agreement executed contemporaneously with the leases, certain restrictions as to the use of a portion of the lots were made, as shown in the preceding statement, and certain rights and privileges were granted to the defendant.
