1 Petitioner, Sharing Tate, was charged by Information in the District Court ol Pon-totoe County, Case No. CRF-2006-894, with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine) (Count I) (68 O.8.Supp. 2004 § 2-402), and Unlawfully Bringing Contraband into County Jail (Count II) (57 O.S. 2001, § 21).
