MRI Beltline Industrial, L.P. (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 on September 27, 2011 (the “Petition Date”). On November 17, 2011, the Debtor moved for authority to use cash collateral. See Docket No. 39. MidFirst Bank (“MidFirst”) opposed that relief. The Court held an interim hearing on December 19, 2011 and granted the Debtor authority for the interim use of cash collateral pursuant to an approved budget.
