DECISION AND ORDER

WILLIAM V. ALTENBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court bn the Trustee’s Objection to confirmation of the Debtors’ Chapter 12 plan.

Theodore R. Seabloom and Elizabeth A. Seabloom filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code on December 31, 1986. In their petition, the Seablooms allege that they have been legal partners in the farming operation at least since 1975.
