Sustaining motion for temporary injunction.

Terrell Bybee was convicted in tbe police court'of tbe city of Glasgow of tbe offense of unlawfully possessing intoxicating liquor, and bis punishment fixed at a fine of $100 and 30 days’ imprisonment. Having served out bis fine at tbe rate of $2 a day, be brought this suit against tbe jailer of Barren county to enjoin bis further confinement. A temporary injunction having been refused by tbe judge of tbe Barren circuit court, be has applied to me, a judge of tbe Court of Appeals, for an order directing tbe circuit judge…
