The appellant, Leola Felder, appeals her convictions for conspiracy to traffick in cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-231, Code of Alabama 1975, and to the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-211. She was sentenced to 10 years in the state penitentiary on the conspiracy conviction and to a concurrent 5-year sentence on the conviction for the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. This latter sentence was enhanced by an additional five years’ imprisonment pursuant to § 13A-12-250, because the sale occurred within three miles…
