CAVE, Judge.

The plaintiff filed suit against the defendants seeking to recover damages to his oil truck resulting from a collision with a truck owned by the produce company, at a county road intersection in the State of Kansas. A trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $4,000. The defendants filed a motion to set aside the verdict and judgment and to enter judgment in favor of the defendants in accordance with their motion for directed verdict offered at the close of all the evidence, and in the alternative, a motion for new trial.
