Fourth National Bank of Macon brought suit against Ben J. Massell, as acceptor, for the recovery of the aggregate amount of $15,112.78, principal, upon a number of trade acceptances drawn in the latter part of 1926 by Pynetree Paper Company, payable to the order of itself and accepted by the defendant. Each of the acceptances bore the following as' the signature of the drawer and was indorsed by this company as payee in the same manner: “Pynetree Paper Company, by A. F. Medlin, Asst.
