This original proceeding in mandamus presents the question of whether, under W. Va. Code, 11-8-24, a taxpayer’s objection to a proposed increased real property assessment is timely if he lodges it after the county commission 1 has officially adjourned, but during business hours on the first day of the commission’s term as a board of review and equalization.
