—Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Beatrice Shainswit, J.), entered March 12, 1993, after a jury verdict which found that defendant Columbia University was negligent but that its negligence was not a proximate cause of plaintiffs injury, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded to Supreme Court for a new trial, without costs.
