*3Boyle G. Boyle and Laura G. Boyle, his wife, instituted this action against the appellant, Citizens’ Life Insurance Company, asking a mandatory injunction compelling appellant to reinstate a certain life insurance policy issued to appellee Boyle Gr. Boyle, and made payable to his wife. A demurrer was sustained to appellant’s answer, and judgment then rendered in favor of appellees. From that judgment this appeal is prosecuted.
