Plaintiff, Pennsylvania Bar Association Endowment (sometimes hereinafter called “endowment”) by its complaint in equity seeks to have this court enter a decree directing the plaintiff’s real estate located at 401 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, be removed from the taxable list and placed on the tax exempt list of the City of Harrisburg, that the tax assessments for the years 1950 to 1953 inclusive be declared void and defendants be restrained from collecting taxes on said real estate for those years and in the future.
