Jensen Construction Company, d/b/a Jensen Construction Company of Texas (Jensen), and Concrete Textures, Inc. fik/a Jensen Paving Company (CTI) 1 appeal from two summary judgments granted in favor of Dallas County (the County) and from the order denying their motion for partial summary judgment.
