11 Plaintiff, Kwan Anderson, appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of Defendants, Wanda Ar-doin-Bailey and State Farm Fire & Casualty Company: For the following reasons, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
