Plaintiff, J. A. Idlett, instituted suit in a justice of tihe peace courts against defendant, Josie A. Stout, in twoi causes' of action, for the aggregate sum of $200 for labor by himself and son, and for alleged damage to crops by failure of the defendant to supply a team for working the land in accordance with the lease contract.

Plaintiff, in his bill of particulars, sets out the amounts io-f the various items claimed owing to him, by defendant, which amount in the aggregate to $201.65, but in his prayer for judgment he seeks to recover $200 only and costs.
