This is a suit instituted by plaintiff, United Novelty Company, Inc., a Mississippi corporation authorized and doing business in the State of Louisiana under the trade name of Dixie Coin Machine Company, seeking judgment against the three named defendants doing business as DRS Amusement Company, in the sum of $3,444.78, together with interest and attorney’s fees.
