This is an appeal from a district court order granting a preliminary injunction to enforce a trusteeship imposed by the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (International) on its chartered affiliate, Local P-9, and denying the Local’s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the trusteeship. 636 F.Supp. 907.
