Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Zwack, J.), entered October 20, 2010 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, denied petitioner’s motion to renew and/or reargue.
Petitioner, an inmate, submitted an application to participate in a temporary work release program, but it was denied by the Central Office Review staff and the denial was later upheld on administrative appeal.
