Sherry Horn, individually and as executrix of the estate of Pat Horn (Horn) appeals the jury verdict for Joe Hefner, Hefner Roofing Company, and Perdro Ventura (Hefner). This is a personal injury suit arising out of a vehicle collision that occurred October 14, 1996. Horn alleged Hefner was negligent in causing the collision.
