In this case, a receiver appointed under section 64.091 of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code executed an oil and gas lease to appellant Clay Exploration, Inc. Clay appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion to confirm the receiver’s lease and granting appellee Santa Rosa Operating, L.L.C.’s motion to set aside the lease.
