The appeal in this cause is from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, dated the 4th of March, 1880, whereby certain conveyances, under which the appel*200lants claim title to certain real estate in Baltimore, are set aside and declared void.

The bill charges, that the appellees are the children and descendants of Deborah H. Poor.
