BLACK, Circuit Judge:
This case arises from a 911 call reporting gunshots and arguing originating from Appellant Robert Dale Holloway’s residence. Investigating the emergency call, law enforcement officers conducted a war-rantless search of the residence. Although no victims were found by the officers, the search uncovered the firearm used to cause the disturbance. Appellant subsequently was indicted and convicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
