In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (LeVine, J.), dated December 16, 1993, which denied his motion to vacate a decision of the same court (Leviss, J.), granting the defendants’ oral application to set aside the verdict, and (2) an order of the same court, dated June 18,1994, which granted the defendants’ motion to set aside the jury verdict and ordered a new trial.
